United Offers Customers A Healthy Alternative Snackbox in Flight

United's New RightBite Snackbox Includes All Natural, 
High-Energy Snacks With No Trans Fats
    CHICAGO, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United is making it easier for customers to eat well 
while traveling with its new RightBite snackbox that
includes all natural, high-energy snacks with no trans fats.
    
    "Many of our customers have told us eating right while they travel is
important to them, and the new RightBite snackbox is ideal for those who crave
delicious, healthy snacks," said Jane Allen, senior vice president-Onboard
Service.  "We also offer three additional snackbox selections containing an
assortment of food that holds something for everyone."
    The new RightBite snackbox includes the following all natural, high-energy
snacks:

    -- Late July(R) organic round saltine crackers
    -- Wild Garden(TM) hummus dip
    -- Bumble Bee(R) lemon pepper seasoned tuna
    -- Newman's Own(R) organic California raisins
    -- Fino Selections Gouda cheese
    -- Stacy's(R) baked pita chips
    -- Mini Toblerone(R) chocolate


    More than two million snackboxes have been sold on United flights since
the company began offering them to customers in January 2005.  United
currently offers four snackbox selections that sell for $5 each to customers
who travel on United flights over three and a half hours or Ted flights over
two and half hours in length.  Customers can choose from the Jumpstart,
Minimeal, Quickpick or RightBite snackbox.
