RAY/Chicago: My favorite recipe: Just open a jar of Wild Garden Hummus and spread it out on a round plate, dip the bread or Pita Chips right in, or add some parsley, olive oil and even some fresh garbonzo beans in the center. It's right out of the Mediterranean.
